Friday and Saturday I was busy to visit the Syrian Embassy regarding my Visa, planning the next steps of my trip, meeting friends and enjoying some days in Beirut.
After a thorough assessment of the current situation, political confusion, safety, security, road conditions, etc, I decided to skip Syria and continue my trip in Amman. It would have been nice to visit Damascus and to link the start of my trip with what is coming now. But safety first – no Syria – I will continue my trip on Sunday/Monday from Amman.
For the moment I will continue my trip alone. Ado might joins a bit later again.
