Establishment of a comprehensive assessment of the water sector in Moldova. The study serves as base to support SDC in the development of a new cooperation strategy for Moldova for the period 2014-2017, which is going to be elaborated in 2013. Activities include: Assessment of Water needs by different sectors (domestic, hydropower, industry, environment, agriculture); Stakeholder consultation (All involved agencies and ministries); Policy analysis; Draft of action plans, logical frameworks.
